Resolved, That the Executive Council, meeting at the Maritime Institute in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, from February 5-8, 2017, authorizes the Treasurer to provide a grant of up to $500,000 to sustain the ministry of Episcopal Migration Ministries (EMM) during 2017; and be it further Resolved, That program funding for 2018 will be considered as necessary in consultation with Executive Council; and be it further Resolved, That the Director of EMM, with the assistance of the Treasurer, develop a definitive sustainability plan reflecting the needs, critical operations and accountability for these funds; and be it further Resolved, That the definitive sustainability plan be subject to the approval of the chairs of the JSC on Finances for Mission and World Mission in collaboration with the Chair and Treasurer. |
