That in accordance with Article II, Section I, of the Charter and By-laws of the Executive Council, be it

Resolved, That the elected member of the Executive Council on the Committee on Trust Funds to be elected annually be David Booth Beers, Esq.; and be it further

Resolved, That the following persons be elected as members of the Committee on Trust Funds for a period of three years until the 1994 annual meeting:

Mr. Melville T. Hodder, Senior Vice President, Shearson Lehman Brothers, Inc., Boston, MA

Mr. Stephen R. Humphrey, Vice President, Manufacturer's Hanover Trust Co., New York, NY

Mr. Gayliss R. Ward, Vice President, Bankers Trust Company, New York, NY
