Whereas, The Rev. Rustin Ray Kimsey, Presbyter delegate to the Anglican Consultative Council, has been elected Bishop by the Diocese of Eastern Oregon; therefore be it Resolved, That the Rev. Robert Wainwright be appointed by The Presiding Bishop, after consultation with the President of the House of Deputies and with the necessary consent of the Executive Council, meeting June 4-6, 1980, in Greenwich, Connecticut, to fulfill the unexpired term of the Rev. Rustin Kimsey, this term to run until immediately prior to the meeting of ACC-6. |
