Resolved, That this Executive Council endorse and refer to the Executive Committee of the Anglican Council of North America and the Caribbean (ACNAC) and the Provincial Council of Province IX the Central America Task Force Report with a special reference to:

  1. Initiating a coordinated response to development and refugee/migration concerns;
  2. Giving immediate attention to the repeated requests of the Diocese of Belize for assistance in bilingual ministry; and
  3. The development of a plan to improve and enhance theological education in Central America, working with the Board for Theological Education and other appropriate agencies of the Church.
