Resolved, That the Executive Council of The Episcopal Church, meeting at the Maritime Institute in Linthicum Heights, MD, June 15-17, 2011 accept and affirm A Charter Between The Episcopal Church in the Philippines (EPC) and The Episcopal Church (TEC), marking a new season in the relationship between the two provinces, establishing a new name for the joint committee, Joint Committee on Provincial Companionship (JCPC), and articulating expectations and goals for both the companionship and committee; and be it further Resolved, That the funding of The Episcopal Church representation on the Joint Committee on Provincial Companionship be drawn from those funds budgeted for the Philippines relationship. |
