Resolved, That the Executive Council, meeting in Linthicum Heights from October 24-27, 2014, commends our Presiding Bishop Katharine Jefferts Schori, The Episcopal Church leadership, and the entire Church for many years of continuing commitment to maintaining and improving relationships with the entirety of the Anglican Communion; and be it further Resolved, That the Executive Council expresses its appreciation for the continuing efforts to strengthen relationships and pursue healing led by Archbishop Justin Welby within the Anglican Communion; and be it further Resolved, That the Executive Council affirms our continued support of the Anglican Communion Office and commits to endeavoring to restore fully or increase funding in 2015 and beyond. |
