Resolved, That the Executive Council affirm the proposed Covenant between the emerging Anglican Province of Mexico and the Episcopal Church as presented by members of the Joint Covenant Committee, and commend the same to the committees on Structure and World Mission of the 71st General Convention as a comprehensive, reasonable and workable plan to guide future relations between the two Provinces. |
