The Most Rev. Desmond Tutu, Archbishop of the Church of the Province of South Africa, and the Rt. Rev. James H. Ottley, Anglican observer at the United Nations, were members of a church delegation which traveled to Rwanda and Burundi recently on a mission of peace. The archbishop said he hoped the structures of the Anglican Communion would come to grips with the leadership problems in the Episcopal Church of Rwanda [TLC, Aug. 13].
