Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That this 69th General Convention commends President Reagan and General Secretary Gorbachev for their efforts to negotiate and foster peace between the United States and the Soviet Union and especially commends both leaders for their recently negotiated reduction of nuclear armaments and installations.
