Resolved, That the dioceses be urged to avail themselves of the training and resources of the Office of Pastoral Development of the House of Bishops, the Committee on Sexual Exploitation, and other resources on the procedures, alternatives and consequences of Title IV for Church Attorneys, Respondent's Counsel, Victim Advocates and Members of Trial Courts and Courts of Review.
