The Rt. Rev. John E. Hines, Presiding Bishop, received an honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from Princeton University, Princeton, N. J., June 12. Reading the citation is James Oates, university orator and chairman of the executive committee of the Board of Trustees. Standing to the left of Bishop Hines is Dr. Henry P. Van Dusen, former president of Union Theological Seminary in New York City.
