About 200,000 people in the area of Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico were left homeless when the El Conejo ( The Rabbit) dam burst in August after torrential rains. A $4,000 emergency grant from the Presiding Bishop's Fund for World Relief helped Bishop Jose G.
