The Most Rev. John Naohiko Okubo, Primate of the Nippon Seikokai (Holy Catholic Church in Japan), called on Presiding Bishop John E. Hines of the Episcopal Church, during a recent official visit to the United States. With Bishop Hines and Bishop and Mrs. Okubo are the Rev. William C. Heffner of the Office of the Deputy for Jurisdictions of the Executive Council, and the Rt. Rev. Roger Blanchard, Executive Vice President of the Executive Council.
