Welcoming Cambodian refugee father of six, Huor Ley, at Dulles International Airport June 17 is the Rev. Roger Henshaw, rector of Zion Episcopal Church, Charles Town, W.Va., and Uy Taing, Cambodian refugee who arrived in West Virginia two weeks earlier. Mr. Huor (Cambodian names are reversed) wears a button marked "C.W.S." to identify him as a Church World Service traveller. The entire Huor family wore CWS buttons.
