An estimated three million Cambodians are facing starvation and disease right now, but many -- including this woman and child -- can be saved. The Presiding Bishop's Fund for World Relief of the Episcopal Church is one of many agencies that have jointly undertaken a massive emergency relief program to provide food, medicine and other urgently needed supplies for the people of Cambodia. In the first six months alone, $110 million in assistance will be needed. Contributions can be made to the Presiding Bishop' Fund, 815 Second Avenue, New York, N.Y. 10017.
