An estimated three million Cambodians are facing starvation and disease
right now, but many -- including this woman and child -- can be saved. The Presiding
Bishop's Fund for World Relief of the Episcopal Church is one of many agencies that
have jointly undertaken a massive emergency relief program to provide food, medicine
and other urgently needed supplies for the people of Cambodia. In the first six months
alone, $110 million in assistance will be needed. Contributions can be made to the
