Episcopal Diocese of Taiwan on Jan. 6 and installed the following day. The Presiding
Bishop of the Episcopal Church, the Rt. Rev. John M. Allin, seated center, was chief
consecrator, and the Rt. Rev. James TeMing Pong, right, has just retired as bishop
