Several more speakers have been announced by Presiding Bishop John M. Allin
for a special series of services at the Episcopal Church's General Convention in
New Orleans on Sept. 7, 8, and 9. Vice President George Bush (#82171/1) has
accepted an invitation to address the joint session at the Saenger Theatre at 10;00
a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 7. The Vice President and his wife, Barbara, are members
of St. Martin's Episcopal Church in Houston.
