Guayaquil, Ecuador. A group of children from the Church of Transfiguration in Huancavilca, hold a poster telling about a plot of land donated by Mr. Assad Bucaram, Mayor of Guayaquil, for the building of a chapel and a social center. The Diocese of Southwestern Virginia, companion diocese of Ecuador, has contributed $4,000 for this project.
