Presiding Bishop Hears of Innovative Program: Presiding Bishop Edmond Browning chats with Anne
Reynolds and Scott Slater of the Diocese of Central Florida during a
recent visit the two paid to the Church Center to brief staff on what
one of the few programs to raise up and train certified professional lay
ministers for youth ministry. Working under Canon John Palarine, dioce-
san canon for youth and education, Reynolds and Slater run internship
and Christian community programs for potential youth ministers.
