Presiding Bishop Clarifies Church's Prosecution of Former Treasurer. Ellen Cooke, former treasurer of the Episcopal Church, and Presiding Bishop Edmond Browning attended a diocesan event during the meeting of the national Executive Council in Omaha, Nebraska, April 26-28, 1994.
