Relief supplies for the people of Southern Sudan are unloaded from a transport airplane. Though peace has come to the Southern Sudan after 16 years of civil war, the people are in desperate need of food, medical supplies, rebuilding supplies, etc. The Sudan Council of Churches has established a Commission for Relief and Rehabilitation to provide aid and relief with both supplies and money.
