Trelease, Episcopal Bishop of the Diocese of the Rio Grande, instructed Bob Burton to go onto the back roads and by-ways to preach, teach, counsel, confirm and observe the sacraments. Attending the dedication were women of St. Clement's Episcopal Church, El Paso, cosponsors of the mobile ministry.
