AT A RECEPTION IN HIS HONOR, Bishop George D. Browne, center, of the Episcopal Diocese of Liberia, talks with the Rt. Rev. John M. Allin, left, Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church, and Dr. John T. Fey, chairman of the board of the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the U.S. Bishop Browne helped launch a $3.1 million campaign for Cuttington College, Suacoco, Liberia, on September 28 at St. James' Church, New York City. Bishop Allin is one of the honorary chairmen of the drive, and Dr. Fey is national chairman of the U.S. phase of the campaign.
