The Rt. Rev. John E. Hines, Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church, presents Bible to the Rt. Rev. James Te-Ming Pong at his consecration as Bishop of the Missionary Diocese of Taiwan. The consecration was held on January 6, 1971, in the Overseas Chinese Hall, Taipei, Taiwan. Around Bishop Pong, kneeling, are, left to right, Bishop Paul Lee of Seoul (Korea); Bishop Benito C.
