(2) Development of remedial self-help programs is a major goal of the Delta Ministry. A remedial reading method has been utilized which enables any person who can read to assist others in learning the fundamentals of reading, certainly a first step, in a "self-help" program. This is a part of the Delta Ministry's ministry of reconciliation and the securing of human dignity.
