Mexico: "School's out!" produces exactly the same exuberant eruption in Mexico City as in Minneapolis or Miami. Run by a former Roman Catholic nun, this urgently needed and crowded school receives subsidized government support but is dependent on the diocese for money for books, supplies, lunches and such.
