Guam Mission: Friday is "island Day" at St John's School, when students may wear anything from muu-muus to their regular uniforms. Just as diverse as the clothing is the student body itself. Originally almost exclusively the children of military personnel stationed on Guam, today St John's is healthily international and ecumenical. Of the 400 students, 210 are Chamorro, Filipino, Japanese or Chinese; the balance are American and European.
