Appointments Made to Women's Work Committee

NEW YORK, N.Y. -- Three members of the newly-created Committee on the Integration of Women's Work, whose appointments were not announced previously, are the Rev. Robert L. Bast, rector of Christ Church, Overland Park, Kan., and Miss Frances M. Young and the Rev. Stanley W. Plattenburg of the Executive Council staff.

Other members of the committee, which is charged with studying and making recommendations to the Executive Council of ways in which to integrate the women of the church, their planning and work, into the total life, planning and work of the Church, are the Rev. John Coburn, president of the House of Deputies, convenor; Charles M. Crump, Mrs. Cyrus M. Higley, Dr. Charity Waymouth, Dr. Wilbur Katz, all elected members of the Executive Council; Mrs. J. Wilmette Wilson, Savannah, Ga.; Miss Jo Angelyn Heinmuller, a student at William Smith College, Geneva, N.Y.; Mrs. Walker Lewis, Baltimore, Md.; the Rt. Rev. William H. Mead, Bishop of Delaware; the Rev. Henry H. Rightor, Jr., Alexandria, Va.; and Mrs. David Scarborough, Abilene, Tex.
