NOTE TO EDITORS:

Enclosed are three glossies with captions which can be used to publicize the forthcoming Lenten octave in support of the Presiding Bishop's Fund for World Relief. A fourth enclosure is a glossy of the theme poster being used in the Church-wide PB Fund appeal. You will also find a copy of the tabloid newspaper being used in the campaign. Please feel free to use any or all of the material in the tabloid which you think will be useful. A word of caution: It is hoped that the Nigeria- Biafra aspects of the appeal will not be emphasized too much. There already has been good response to the emergency appeal of the Presiding Bishop to aid Biafra, and we need to remember that there are serious needs in other parts of the world.
