Seabury Press to Publish Book by Spong, Spiro

NEW YORK, N.Y. -- The Seabury Press has scheduled for March publication DIALOGUE: In Search of Jewish - Christian Understanding, by The Rev. John Shelby Spong and Rabbi Jack Daniel Spiro.
The result of exchanges between the authors in a Richmond, Virginia church and synagogue, the book surveys the common and divergent traditions of Christianity and Judaism. The Richmond chapter of The National Conference of Christians and News is promoting and helping to sponsor the distribution of DIALOGUE to its membership.
The rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, the Rev. Mr. Spong is also the author of HONEST PRAYER and THIS HEBREW LORD.
