Miss D'Agostino Named to Religious Education Staff

DENVER, Colo. -- The appointment of Miss Dolores L. D'Agostino of New York City as associate coordinator, office of religious education, was announced to the Executive Council of the Episcopal Church by the Rt. Rev. John M. Allin, Presiding Bishop. Her appointment was effective May 12.
In her new position Miss D'Agostino will work with the Rev. David W. Perry, national coordinator, office of religious education. The education office works in a collegial style with the evangelism and lay ministries offices.
A native of Rochester, N.Y., Miss D'Agostino received her B.A. degree from Notre Dame of Maryland College, Baltimore, and holds a masters degree in theological studies from St. Bonaventure University, Olean, N. Y. She has done postgraduate studies in organizational development at New York University.
She has participated in training events with the Middle Atlantic Training Conference and with the American Society for Training and Development.
She has had extensive educational experience with adults, youth and children. She has designed curricula for family education, values education, and programs for parish lay leadership development.
Miss D'Agostino is past chairperson of the Bridgeport-Fairfield County religious education directors, and was formerly director of religious education at St. Michael Church, Greenwich, Conn.
