Subject: Final Summary Issue of The Convention Daily
The final issue of The Convention Daily at the General Convention of the Episcopal Church in Minneapolis/St. Paul in September will be an eight-page tabloid newspaper that is being planned as a general summary of the entire meeting. A professional staff -- men and women, presbyters and lay persons -- under the editorship of the Rev. James M. Coram, High Point, N.C., has been selected to put out ten issues of the daily newspaper during the September 11-23 Convention. A subscription for the ten issues is $6 and the deadline for subscribing is August 15.
Those who subscribe to The Convention Daily will, of course, receive this final issue along with the other nine issues, all mailed first class early each morning of publication. The final issue will be mailed on Thursday, September 23, the day of the adjournment of Convention.
As we did in 1973, we are offering two options to provide quantity copies of the final issue of The Convention Daily to dioceses who may wish to include them with the diocesan publication following Convention or distribute them separately.
(1) Bundles of the final issue will be sent at $25 per thousand, with shipment via United Parcel Service collect. You pay the shipping charges when the bundles arrive. Prices on quantities of less than 1,000 copies are available on request.
(2) Camera-ready stats are offered as an alternative at $33 per set of eight pages, postpaid, mailed from St. Paul on or about September 23. These stats can be run as an insert in your own paper; 17" standard newsprint will be the size, with a printing image of 10 3/8" by 16".

Each diocesan bishop has been invited to share a subscription to The Convention Daily with each priest and congregation in his diocese, at the subscription price of $6 each. Your bishop also has been informed of the offer of these two options for quantity copies.
