NEW YORK (DPS, Nov.10) -- The Diocese of Minnesota has a strong involvement in ministry with handicapped persons. The Diocesan Office on Ministry with Persons Who Are Handicapped has announced new resources that are available.

Audio tapes may now be ordered of the Year C Eucharistic Lectionary, including the Old Testament, Epistle, and Gospel readings, the Psalms, and the contemporary collect. The Minnesota diocese also has available sets of tapes for the Holy Day Lectionary and for most of the Book of Common Prayer. These tapes are made available at cost.

Early in 1989, tapes of well-known books on Anglican spirituality, theology, history, and polity will be available for persons who are physically handicapped or visually impaired and for whom the print format is not accessible. These resources will be distributed on a free-loan basis through the Minnesota office.

Persons wishing information on ordering any of these audio resources may write: The Diocesan Office on Ministry with the Handicapped, Saint James Episcopal Church, 3225 East Minnehaha Parkway, Minneapolis, Minn. 55417. Tel. (612) 724-3425.
