Program, Budget Members Named

Six bishops, six priests and 12 laymen--have been appointed to a joint committee on program and budget for the Episcopal Church.

The committee serves as an agent of General Convention for the study and evaluation of a proposed program and budget for the Church work during the next three years. The proposed budget and program is developed by National Council members and staff.

Final programming and allocation of funds for the communion's work will be determined by General Convention.

Convenor of the program and budget committee is the Rt. Rev. G. Francis Burrill, Bishop of Chicago. Others named to the committee by the Presiding Bishop and the president of the House of Deputies, Clifford P. Morehouse, are: The Rt. Rev. Harry Lee Doll, D. D., Bishop of Maryland; the Rt. Rev. Hamilton West, D. D., Bishop of Florida; the Rt. Rev. Chilton Powell, D. D., Bishop of Oklahoma; the Rt. Rev. Anson P. Stokes, Jr., D.D., Bishop of Massachusetts; the Rt. Rev. Russell S.
