International Seminar Set

Decision making and policy implementation in world affairs will be the theme of the first of a series of seminars which are to be held under the sponsorship of the Executive Council's Division of Christian Citizenship.
All churchmen who have responsibility for promoting interest in international affairs are invited to attend the seminar, which will be held in New York City, Nov. 13- 15.
Among those who will address the participants will be: His Excellency, Chief 8.0. Adebo, CMG, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Permanent Representative of Nigeria to the United Nations, Dr. William Jordan, Director of the Department of Political and Security Council Affairs of the United Nations; Mrs. Warren Q. Marr, II, Advisor on International Organization Affairs of the United States Mission to the United Nations, and Dr. Elfan Rees of the World Council of Churches.
On Saturday night participants will see the play "Oh What a Lovely War" and on Sunday, in commemoration of the consecration of the first American bishop by Scottish bishops, there will be a celebration of the Holy Communion in the Chapel of Christ the Lord at the Episcopal Church Center according to the rite of the Episcopal Church in Scotland.
