Resolved, That Title I, Canon 8, Section 7 be amended to read as follows:
Sec. 7. Each Diocese within the Province shall be entitled to representation in the provincial House of Deputies by Presbyters or Deacons canonically resident in the Diocese, and Lay Persons, communicants of this Church having domicile in good standing in the Diocese, but not necessarily domiciled in the Diocese, in such number as the Provincial Synod, by Ordinance, may provide. Each Diocese shall determine the manner in which its Deputies shall be chosen.

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That Title I, Canon 8, Section 7 be amended to read as follows:
Sec. 7. Each Diocese within the Province shall be entitled to representation in the provincial House of Deputies by Presbyters or Deacons canonically resident in the Diocese, and Lay Persons, communicants of this Church having domicile in good standing in the Diocese, but not necessarily domiciled in the Diocese, in such number as the Provincial Synod, by Ordinance, may provide. The Committee recommended that the resolution be adopted without amendment.
