The consideration of the resolution as printed in the Journal, 1982 does not support the Journal editor's attribution of an amendment to the original text by the reporting Committee. The wording of the final text is identical to that of the proposed resolution drafted by the Standing Commission on the Church in Small Communities in their Blue Book report except for the amendment made in the alternate House (House of Deputies).
