Resolved, That the 67th General Convention of the Episcopal Church honor the Rev. John McDowell Corn, M.Div., J.D., Legal Advisor for Migration Affairs of the Presiding Bishop's Fund for World Relief, for his work in representing the rights of the stranger and the homeless, including enabling international movements of many priests and members of religious orders as well as pioneering and developing, through bar associations, a national network of pro bono legal services to asylum seekers in the United States and assistance to undocumented persons in need, the Convention recognizing that the impact of Father Corn's ministry extends worldwide especially in regard to United States participation in international agreements concerning humanitarian treatment of refugees, immigrants and migrants; and be it further

Resolved, That in order that the work of Father John McDowell Corn be carried forward and lifted up to the whole Church, the Executive Council, in the forthcoming triennium, be asked to determine the most appropriate way a fund might be established and administered from contributions already promised from individual donors.

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the 67th General Convention of the Episcopal Church honor the Rev.
