Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the 68th General Convention of the Episcopal Church encourage all efforts to de-escalate clinic violence and terrorism at reproductive health care facilities; and be it further

Resolved, That the Episcopal Church strongly condemn all acts of harassment and intimidation, vandalism, bombing, and all other forms of violence and terrorism.
