Resolved, That the House of Deputies amend Rule VI.21 of the Rules of Order by adding a new section (e), following the present section (d), to read as follows:

(e) Each resolution introduced by a Deputy subsequent to the opening of Convention, in order to be given legislative consideration, will require the endorsement of either (1) a majority of the members of the Deputy's diocesan deputation, or (2) a majority of the members of the legislative committee to which the Deputy has been assigned.

and by relettering subsequent paragraphs of Rule VI [sic] accordingly.

The Committee moved the Resolution recommending that it be rejected.
