Resolved, That each diocese and congregation study issues with regard to the Episcopal Church's participation in the global mission of Christ and develop their own plan of action; and be it further
Resolved, That each diocese and congregation invite a cross-cultural missionary to share her or his experiences of global mission; and be it further
Resolved, That dioceses and congregations exchange lay and ordained ministers of the Gospel with other churches and jurisdictions in the Anglican Communion; and be it further
Resolved, That such reciprocal mission partners assist the receiving diocese or congregation in discerning the will and grace of God in its local context; and be it further
Resolved, That networks such as companion dioceses, parish linkages, and voluntary missionary societies, and the Anglican and Global Relations office of the Episcopal Church Center be used as vehicles for such exchanges; and be it further
Resolved, That each diocese appoint one presbyter and one lay person to assist local congregations in carrying out such studies and exchanges; and be it further
Resolved, That the Standing Commission on World Mission collect reports from the dioceses on the progress of such studies and exchanges and use the results to assist in developing a long-range plan for the Episcopal Church's global mission; and be it further

Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That each diocese and congregation enter into a course of study around issues of mutuality and partnership with regard to the Episcopal Church's participation in the global mission of God; and be it further
Resolved, That each diocese appoint one presbyter and one lay person to make preparation for and assist in such study; and be it further
Resolved, That the following resources be utilized in these studies:
