Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That Episcopal Life, with the assistance of the Presiding Bishop's staff and the Standing Commission on Stewardship and Development, is requested annually to publish statistics which show average pledge size per diocese, compare average pledge size to average per-capita income, and show diocesan rankings by average pledge size and average pledge size as a percent of average income.
