Resolved, That no less than two fair copies of all published works produced by the national offices and canonical agencies of the Episcopal Church be deposited in the Archives of the Episcopal Church where they shall be registered and made immediately accessible to the broader church and the public; and that the same deposit shall be required of all statements and works endorsed or recommended by the General Convention and shall be transmitted to the Archives by the person or body who is the original author of the resolution or by some other means; and be it further
Resolved, That all dioceses be urged to deposit in the national Church Archives copies (electronic, if possible and appropriate) of diocesan publications including the newspapers, periodicals, studies, reports, and other circulated public statements.
