Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That the 73rd General Convention acknowledge with appreciation the work done in a variety of diocesan settings in the exploration of the ministry of every baptized person, including and affirming the concept known as Total Ministry with its particular focus on small congregations in rural and urban areas; and affirm the importance of each and every congregation as a center for ecumenism, evangelism, and stewardship.
