Notes:

Resolution B020 is considered concurred by adoption of a substitute resolution D043. The House of Bishops reconsidered resolution B020 in order to adopt the separate but related resolution (D043) from the House of Deputies. D043 gave consent to the election of Leopold Frade as Bishop Diocesan of South East Florida, which was treated by House of Bishops in resolution B020.
