Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That the Provisions of Canon III.22.3, having been complied with, this General Convention consent to the election of:
- The Rt. Rev. Leopold Frade as Bishop Diocesan of Southeast Florida
The House of Bishops Committee on the Consecration of Bishops presented its Report #2 on Resolution B020 (Consents to Election) and moved adoption.

D043 gave consent to the election of Leopold Frade as Bishop Diocesan of South East Florida, which was treated by House of Bishops in resolution B020. |
