Resolved, That the House of Bishops, meeting General Convention in Denver, CO on July 5th, 2000 accepts the resignation of the Rt. Rev. Leopold Frade, Bishop of Honduras, for reasons of advanced age and in order to retire, effective September 15, 2000.
The House of Bishops Committee on Resignation of Bishops presented its Report #1 on Resolution B022 (Resignation of Bishop Frade) and moved adoption.
