Resolved, That Canon IV.3.19 be amended to read as follows:

Sec.19. Prior to the issuance of a Presentment or a determination not to issue a Presentment, as the case may be, the matter shall be confidential, except (i) as may be determined to be pastorally appropriate by the Ecclesiastical Authority. or (ii) as necessary to seek or secure diocesan authority for resolution of the matter or any part thereof.
