Resolved, That the request of the Diocese of Wyoming and the Diocese of Idaho acting through their regularly convened conventions, and upon the approvals and consents of the respective Ecclesiastical authorities and of the standing committees of both dioceses that the territory generally described as the parish of Alta, Wyoming, and more particularly described as that portion of Teton County, Wyoming, lying west and north of the summit of the Teton Mountain Range, including the unincorporated community of Alta, be transferred from the Diocese of Wyoming to the Diocese of Idaho pursuant to Article V, Section 6 of the Constitution of the Protestant Episcopal Church.

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the request of the Diocese of Wyoming and the Diocese of Idaho acting through their regularly convened conventions, and upon the approvals and consents of the respective Ecclesiastical authorities and of the standing committees of both dioceses that the territory generally described as the parish of Alta, Wyoming, and more particularly described as that portion of Teton County, Wyoming, lying west and north of the summit of the Teton Mountain Range, including the unincorporated community of Alta, be transferred from the Diocese of Wyoming to the Diocese of Idaho pursuant to Article V, Section 6 of the Constitution of The Protestant Episcopal Church.
