Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That the 74th General Convention direct the Office for Liturgy and Music to invite abortion recovery programs and the National Organization of Episcopalians for Life to participate in the development of a liturgy for a healing/memorial service that specifically ministers to the special needs of those who are suffering from post-abortion stress, consistent with Resolution D083 (Ministry to Men and Women Suffering From Post-Abortion Stress), passed at the 73rd General Convention, which acknowledges the post-abortion suffering of some persons; and be it further

Resolved, that the Office for Liturgy and Music publish the newly developed liturgy, making it available both on the church's website and in print.
