Original Text of Resolution:

(C029)

Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That the 76th General Convention direct the Standing Commission on Liturgy and Music to authorize a study of the Ecclesiastical Authority of the dioceses of The Episcopal Church to grant permission for the use of the Lectionary found in the 1979 Book of Common Prayer beyond the First Sunday of Advent 2010, indefinitely, or until further action of General Convention; that the Lectionary found in the 1979 Book of Common Prayer and the Revised Common Lectionary continue as equal choices for the worship of this Church; and be it further

Resolved, That the Standing Commission on Liturgy and Music report back to the 77th General Convention.
